At San Joaquin Bank we are committed to proactively protecting customer privacy and personal information. Your confidential information will be protected with a new feature that will help prevent online banking fraud. This new feature is called multifactor authentication (MFA), and it will be a standard security feature for all online banking customers free of charge. MFA will work in the background to protect you from identity theft and fraud by monitoring your banking activity 24/7.

In order to take advantage of these features you will need to complete a short enrollment process. This enrollment process is explained in detail in the "MFA User Guide" to the left. In order to complete the enrollment process you will need the following:

• Your current NetTeller ID and Password
• Three answers to challenge questions for identity confirmation
• An authentication image that you choose (provided for you)
