We commenced operations as a California state-chartered bank in December, 1980 and are the oldest independent community bank headquartered in Bakersfield, Kern County, California.
We have four banking offices and an administrative center within Kern County, California. Through our network of banking offices, we emphasize professional, personal banking service directed primarily to small and medium-sized businesses and professionals. Although our primary focus is toward the small and medium-sized business and professional market, we also provide a full range of banking services that are available to individuals, public entities, and non-profit organizations.
